Fernando Montes-de-Oca, specialist in the subject, told us that energy efficiency is a priority, taking advantage of solar energy, as well as saving water, for example, when producing tequila, by the waste of the vinasse. He also warned about the separation and use of the PET, explaining the existence of environmental insurance, for the benefit of companies.
