We inform you that the Program InnovAD, for High Management Innovation was presented at IPADE by Professor Edmundo Vallejo-Venegas and Dr. Jaime Parada A. The theme is that of innovation to increase competitiveness and growth of the company, in an increasingly competitive business world.
Enterprise Finding 1447: Innovation has six categories and the Enterprise Council, in general, does not consider them.
The categories are: Products, services, manufacturing processes, critical processes, business models and new business. Business councils, in general, spend a lot of time doing what is called forensic events, and the current situation requires innovation and competitiveness as important strategic issues.
